Second time around
I would say friendly staff and great location, but that isn’t telling the whole story. I got to meet some of the senior management and you can tell how dedicated they are to making this the best place for your loved one.
You need to give them a chance, great place and great people.
I've come across a quiet a few nursing homes, having the responsibility of caring for my great aunt and I have to say that I was very impressed with this facility. Aside from the obvious importance of care (which they were really good at)—the activities director at the facility always made it fun for her to be around people. The DON treated her like she was her own aunt, and especially all the floor nurses and CNAs thank u soooo much ! I would recommend this place! A+++
the owner of the facility helped my family recover by helping me with the payments and cost i really owe them for helping me when they dont have to. the nursing staff DON and all the cnas were really nice. They have TVs and streaming movies Wifi that let me keep in touch with facetime to everyone. thank you so much
Just transferred my grandma here from 2 hrs away. It's a great place for Japanese elderly, in my opinion. Everyone is friendly, facility is clean, just a wonderful place compare to where she was before. Nursing staff varies in ethnicity but they speak words or phrase in Japanese to their patients. I love it!!!!
