Brought vehicle here after accident. I had used another shop (not Caliber Collision) for a minor repair of my car. The difference- Caliber Collision kept me informed. I never had to call to ask or follow up on anything. My car was actually done EARLY. This saved me money with the rental car. The staff was super helpful, professional and kind. They always knew what was happening and got me to the person I needed to speak to about my car. My family has a car issue and will be going to them as well. I will bring my car here for any future issues. Esp. since I went to a different local place recently and my experience with caliber collision was outstanding.

what I like about Caliber is their communication. Caliber is accurate about the expected time to finish a job and it should be respected. Also they will help you with a good deal for a rental car. The people a Caliber are very respectful the resectionist are wonderful and Mark is Great and keeping. you in the loop even on his day off. Thank you Caliber for great service
