Alex was very patient in working through the myriad of details needed to get our commercial door replacement details spot on correct. Took some educating to help us get up to speed on some technical terminology, but he persisted despite our best efforts to resist. Started out trying to replace only one door of a double door system, but match-up obstacles with old fixed door became untenable, so we had to go to full double door replacement. Relative to other local vendors, Alex was far more time responsive in providing information and quote revisions. I believe we may have gone through at least 8 quote revisions, before landing on the correct combo of specs. But I feel confident the doors will arrive in Alaska correctly produced, given our efforts with Alex to nail down all the details.

Though we haven’t received our doors yet, no fault of USA doors but more to the shipping company, our experience has been wonderful! Alex has been excellent with communication since the day we called to check out doors and he has worked with our contractor to ensure measurements were on point prior to setting our order. Alex is easy to talk to you, very organized and has gotten us everything we’ve needed to this point. Highly recommend this company!

USA Fire Door was a pleasure to do business with and very understanding when it came to customer service.
In transit, the masonry bolts were lost or misplaced, and when I asked for a set, they sent the bolts needed within 15 minutes of a phone call.
