(March 24, 2019, 5:11 pm)I went to GPFS on a Saturday with an urgent need for several parts so we could have water at home. This business is clearly a wholesale distributor that supplies plumbers, but Edo spent a lot of time to locate the parts for us. He even asked a plumber who had bought parts from them to return it so we could have water on the weekend. He saved the day and our weekend! He went above and beyond expectations for a small retail customer.
