With our recent trip from Paris our plane had a mechanical problem for 3 hrs in Paris.. our connecting flight from Toronto to los Angeles was super delayed and they cAncel our flight.When we’re in Toronto the airline company didn’t even entertain us answer our questions regarding our re booking since its airline faults that we miss our connecting flight.I texted right away Ms Maro about the our situation in Toronto.. without realizing it was Sunday and the time differences. We’ve been in the airport for almost 10 hrs and nothing happened. We all tired and exhausted especially my kids..No ones from the airlines talking to us. I keep texting Ms Maro from 4 pm until 2:30 am.. Its 12 midnight in Los Angeles… she’s working double time.. just to make sure everything is gonna turn out ok..she gave us instructions what to do. Thats the advantage if u have a travel agent… Ms Maro took the stress away and helped us to re book our flight back. Contacting the travel insurance…She advise us to look for a hotel close to the airport and take a good rest. Early morning .. i received a txt already from Ms Maro confirming our flight back….Im so grateful to her…Inspite of what we’ve been through…she create a wonderful travel I greatly appreciated the communication throughout the planning process, and keeping us organized with clear contacts, and all of our documents. . The hotels were all wonderful – excellent locations, beautiful rooms, and great breakfasts to start each day. Transportation was coordinated perfectly, and we were happy The trip was an unforgettable experience! We are all so appreciative of everything you did for us.We love u Ms Maro.. until our next trip.. I would definitely recommend Travelteck❤️🥰

I’ve traveled multiple times with Travelteck and I’m never disappointed! Recently, I decided to fly to Europe that same month, and Maro and Lara were able to put together an itinerary and find me a plane ticket with a great price in just a couple of days. Lara was able to give me 2-3 different flying options with ranging prices that would suite my budget. The service they provide is extremely fast but also effective. I gave them a budget and they gave me a detailed itinerary of my entire trip. I also traveled through Travelteck when I went to Greece last summer. When I arrived to my hotel in Mykonos, they were able to upgrade us to an amazing suite with a jacuzzi.. the connections they have is unmatched. I also booked a trip to Europe through them for this coming summer, but I was able to get my full refund back (not credit) due to the circumstances of the pandemic. I have only good things to say about Maro and Lara, and I always appreciate their patience because I have so many questions when traveling!
