This is one of the best places for martial arts. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very caring for their students. Very friendly with children and you can see the progress they make in such a short amount of time, the skills that they use a very practical and learn, invaluable life lessons along the way. There’s also a gym, which has all the essentials you need to be strong.

Great place for kids and Adults!

I’ve been taking private lessons with Coach Sev for 8 months now. Honestly, it’s a life changing experience. Learning self defense, discovering your inner strength, and most important of all, always having an amazing workout. My only regret is not knowing about SO FIT ACADEMY sooner.

Great gym for the whole family! Kids can get in their MMA work out in as I do my cardio in the weight room. Ideal situation for me. Sensei is a pleasure and handles all the kids effortlessly.
