Fuji Buffet & Grill

I was really impressed when I first walked in the door. The establishment is clean. The sushi was very good and they were actively making new pieces the entire time we were there. The hot buffet was the problem. Half of the trays were empty the entire time we were there on a Saturday from 7pm-8pm. I also think overall the price is slightly high for the food options (about $6-8 a person too high). You need to keep your trays full and the food fresh if you want to charge this much. I'd come back but not in any rush.

Nice buffet, but your grill cook needs to learn how to cook raw meat, separate from raw vegetables, then put together, and the egg he added was undercooked and looked funny. And customer service is bad. And the soft drinks should be included with price. They do offer senior discount.
