Was referred to them nearly 20 years ago by a co-worker and once I experienced how great they are in ALL aspects, I have never gone anywhere else for maintenance or repairs on any of the 3 or 4 cars I've had since then. Their diagnosis are always accurate, and their repairs are perfect.

They are honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and especially - always on time! The owner - Kris - knows more about cars than anyone else I've ever met. I'm a very curious and sometimes leery about car stuff so ask a lot of questions. Kris and her staff have always been very willing to answer all my questions with patience and respect and with explanations that I understand.

Kris and her staff have been especially kind to me over the years and often treat me like family. I don't know of any other mechanic's shop whose customers could say the same.
