Both jobs were 100% completed very timely with no scheduling issues or delays. I cannot honestly recommend them enough. (December 19, 2018, 11:23 am)Unbelievably accommodating and so nice to work with from start to finish. We lost partial power due to some winds. I called first thing in the morning. Someone answered at exactly 8am, when they open. Walked me through the process and expedited my service call. Our service tech, Josi, could not have been nicer and more than understanding on our frustration of losing our power. Although it turned out to be a service issue that accurate could not fix (Edison had to do), he walked me through calling Edison and made sure we had a service call set up for as soon as possible. Thank you so much Josi, it was so nice to feel taken care of and cared for.

Josi coordinated everything with the city before he completed the quote to make sure he incorporated all the correct work needed. They completed the job in one day vs others who said it would be 3 days. The workmanship was top notch and everything was delivered as promised.

Spoke to Sheri at Accurate, made a appointment with her, very understanding person. After hanging up, little time later, got a text stating my time of appointment. Representative of Accurate, Ray, text me stating his training and experience. Ray was on time, very knowledgeable person, after explaining my issues with my electricity during Thanksgiving, overloading wall circuits with electric steamer and butterball deep fryer we have other items connected to this line also. Ray, gave me estimated with different options and prices. Senior citizen, AAA, military are all options for discounts with paying cash or paying in full gives you additional 3% off
Ray and Eddie both arrived on time. Set up drop cloths and plastic coverings to protect surrounding stuff. They both did a perfect job, installing a new line/curcuit. When they left, couldn't tell if they damaged anything, I only see good things to happen. No more overloads!!!
