Sometimes the car wash itself is not very effective in cleaning your car. I have asked a couple of times to go through the machine again after showing how dirty the car remained after the initial run. Most of the time the staff allowed me to go through a second time which I greatly appreciated this customer service.
One of the best parts is the free vacuums they have available.
Also always recommend going after 5 pm for the $5 basic wash and other specials they have.
