    The new crew of employees here seems to be nice and helpful bunch, all be it some are just learning new positions.
    The entire place is undergoing a complete remodel so expect office trailers and construction noise, but it's not unpleasant.

    Salespeople shady as I was expecting. Test drove a vehicle then another sales person test drove with another customer immediately after I said I wanted to buy car. Then began the almost comical game show of which salesperson coumd get the papers filled out first. I understand a vehicle isnt sold until it is sold but this was ridiculous and embarassing. Then original offer included over $5000 in added options that my salesperson said are added to all vehicles and couldn't be removed. When I told him that I wasn't willing to pay for most of them he actually mentioned that the other customer also wanted the vehicle trying to convince me to accept the inflated offer.

    Once the sales manager stepped in we solved the issues and many of the items that apparently couldn't be removed were.

    There were some stand out emoyees from my visit. Ray the service technicianwas the one who completed the certified check of the vehicle. He was willing to answer all of my mechanical questions about the vehicle.

    Alex in parts showed exemplary customer service. I purchased batteries for the key fobs and was confused as to how to replace them. He took his time and assisted me.

    Alex and Ray should be commended for their superb customer service. They project the image that you as a company should be looking for to foster. My interaction with these 2 employees is what will bring me back to this dealership for service on my vehicle.

    I received excellent service when going in for my new car. I highly recommend that if anyone is interested in a Hyundai car, that they do some research before coming in, it really made for easier conversations. I was a huge fan of the service, they really made my family and I feel like we should get this car. I went to the local Jeep and Chevrolet and they both told me to get lost. At Hyundai, I was able to buy a Sonata limited series for a very fair price. I will and have been recommending this dealership to all my friends.
