  I was recommended by a friend to take my car to this place after a hit and run. My side rear view mirror was broken hanging by the electrical wire. The manager was clear explaining the whole process of finding the right matching part, and the different options I have. The technician Alex came out to inspect the damage and explained the most cost effective way to try to fix, and if that doesn't work, then what needs to be done extra. I agreed and they ordered the part and told me to come back after piece comes in. Throughout the waiting period the were updating me on status of delivery until it finally came in. I brought the car in, and the technician inspected the part that came in making sure it wasn't defective. Since it was out of pocket not covered by insurance, I wanted the most cost effective method. The communication and expectations were always clear; and Alex and the crew were able to fix it quickly and exactly as explained to me. I am very satisfied with the service, work, craftsmanship and overall experience with this shop. My car was shining like a brand new car when I went to pick up!

  Great communication, and awesome service from detailer's-service technicians, auto body work shop, and also the ease of the transaction of getting my vehicle repaired in a quick turnaround time manner. The customer service here was handled professionally, and with great integrity they provided honest attention to giving me the accurate information for all the necessary details regarding my auto body repair. Pro Color in Glendora California is great and amazing! Your car is promised to look and drive amazing, and all their work is done right on the first time. Thank you sincerely to everyone who did everything they could to help repair my 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid!

  I love my mustang convertible GT. Really love my car. So when someone hit me from behind I did a lot of research to find someone I trusted to fix it. I picked J&S Auto Body and I was very pleased with their work.
  
  Anthony managed my case and was very helpful and sympathetic. They did such a good job with the accident repairs that I paid for them to fix some minor dings that had added up over the years. The car looks like new, the paint & bodywork were very well done. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed.
  
  The only downside is that they only take case, but for me it was worth it to get such great service and such good work done. I hopefully never need their services because of an accident again, but I would totally go back.
