We have been the biggest headache for them & they have not once made us feel as though we were a bother! We went in with not so good credit & they still worked with us! I cannot recommend Luxe Motors enough! We worked with Simon on purchasing our 2017 Mazda CX5 here. Simon was so easy to work with and made the purchasing process super simple for us. He didn't try to force us into anything and actually got us a really great deal on the vehicle. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that we noticed after we took it home, but Simon worked with us to get those fixed right away. We were apprehensive about purchasing a car from a dealership, since it was our first time, but Luxe Motors made everything really simple and easy. Would definitely recommend! They are not pushy or salesy at all.

My first time I wasn’t sure but I went again 8 months later and they sold me ! I got one of my dreams cars here a Mercedes-Benz ! I thank them for working with me since I’m young with no credit, My car came fully loaded my down payment was 2,500 car note is 267 and my insurance was 376 down and 167 a month for a Mercedes that’s a deal! Me being young they literally kept it to where I’m only spending 400 a month with car note and insurance in total that’s a big win. I had one thing wrong and they fixed my car with no charge , that was nice of them I’ll send anyone here who’s looking for a luxury car at a good price with low mileage. And dealer still stay in contact with you after the sales . I had great contact with everyone there and have reached out about concerns after my purchase Still got amazon customer service and communication is well .
