My experience with JRealty has been absolutely positive. Their team has managed my property for the last few years. My building is older and I have had to utilize their maintenance services several times. They are very responsive and take care of issues quickly. JRealty also understands the importance of getting the property turned around quickly after tenants move out. And of course, they do a great job of advertising, screening applicants, and providing neighborhood rental comps. Their low monthly fees are well worth it. Bottom line, as a property owner, having JRealty by your side will save you from the headaches of being a landlord.

Our building is a beautiful, historic West Hollywood complex comprised of two open-facing 4-unit buildings, with elegant, classical LA architectural features and an open courtyard that invites community amongst neighbors. JRealty has provided very prompt service over the years to fix our plumbing and roofing issues, appliances, and garden/communal area clean-up, and I've never been dissatisfied with their chosen vendors or the scope of the completed work. We've been very satisfied with the customer service and person care they've given us!

JRealty Property Management is the BEST! They take such good care of my properties that I just don't worry all the time like I did before! They handle EVERYTHING for me and that makes my life so much easier. The team that I work with answers my questions, they take care all tenant requests, I just LOVE it! You could not find better people to work with or a better property manager anywhere, I am not kidding!

JRealty has been a tremendous blessing in helping me with the management of my rental property. I tried getting a few quotes and some management companies did not seem that interested in retaining me as their client. I had to follow up multiple times for them to even give me a quote. JRealty was very fast and had the most professional welcome package, which included links to videos. They were just so much more professional than the others it was a no brainer. They also referred me to a great insurance agent and took over all aspects of management, including repairs and preparation for city property inspections. My life is much easier now that I do not have to deal directly with tenants. Thank you Justin and your team for staying on top of everything!

Matthew provides above and beyond service to be a difference-maker. And, at a particularly sensitive time and when needed most. With an influx of poorly timed events, from a catastrophic leak, an HVAC unit going out during 100+ deg weather and navigating through the demands of a demanding tenant, Matthew was on top of it every step of the way. And, not just a check the box guy, Matthew truly cares about his clients and understands the importance of top-notch service that leads to loyalty and differentiating in a sea filled w/competition. Day or night, 7 days a week, Matthew is there for me. And, Matthew is a SFV resident. The contractor missed the mark, Matthew was on the spot, drove to Home Depot to pick up a missing part and brought it to the property!
