“They are really great. Chalino helped me out. I went in with a problem with my heater after a bad mechanic ripped me off. I wanted to rule out the possibilities of easy fixes/fuses/see if I could fix it myself before bringing it in to another mechanic. I would say he went above and beyond and really helped me out. Also, he set me up with the proper chains so I'd be prepared. I would totally recommend this place. Excellent quality stuff and their help is beyond great. He also recommended a good mechanic who has good rates. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We have used continental plumbing for years. Last night we had an emergency, and called them. They were out within the hour and let us know exactly what we would need to do to fix the problem. They were very upfront and straightforward about our different options. The technician they sent out was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I also like that they sent out a picture of the technician since he was coming out at night so I would know exactly what he looked like! We have never been anything less than impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They are prompt and polite. I would definitely recommend them!”

My shower repair was quite a challenge but they never gave up!! Jeff ensured that the problem was rectified and when he thought he was stumped Dan showed up as reenforcement!!!
