I had wanted to figure out how to launch a clothing brand, and I had so many questions and challenges. I stumbled upon Apliiq and this changed everything. I started digging through their articles, and youtube videos, about everything from setting up, to picking the right blanks, to configuring shopify. They go way beyond explaining...so you can figure it out. Since we launched, the experience is seamless. I chat with the team whenever there's an issue, and all the orders arrive without a hitch. They feel like a partner... and frankly there's going to be a lot of other companies try to do what they've done. The Apliiq touch sets them apart....love working with them, and the best part is the feeling is mutual.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Apliiq. I have been searching for days looking for a company that had everything I was looking for, being a picky guy like myself, I'm looking for the works! That also includes custom sewn in labels so customers view my product as unique and my own! The customer support team is always extremely polite, patient, and they really know how to answer all of your questions, even the ones you feel are hard ones to answer. Previously I've had an order go missing, and it's incredibly frustrating when neither you or Apliiq are responsible for the terrible job that delivery services provide. As we all know shipping costs are the most atrocious out of everything, and especially when you're placing an order for a custom shirt (ouch). I was in an extreme time crunch needing the merchandise I ordered to come before my few week travel for competition. They understood my worries and how serious this matter was for me, and I received a message out of the blue that the team (Emily, Peter & squad) took it upon themselves to expedite my order to overnight! I don't know about you, but that was truly touching and they didn't have to do that at all. Thank you again Emily, and the rest of the team all the way from management with Peter & everyone that took part of making this happen and keeping Apliiq unique & different from others.

I ordered a couple custom-lined hoodies from Apliiq. They did a fantastic job. Their clothing seem to be made of quality fabric, and I thought the prints turned out really beautifully.
I did have some issues when selecting my desired hoodie color on their website (mostly my user error), so I would advise just to take extra time to make sure you have input the correct color. Apliiq’s customer care specialist Erin was extremely helpful when I did reach out with some questions, and she was a real rock star in her customer service. I would definitely recommend Apliiq for anyone looking to put their unique stamp on their clothing.
