I was looking for some Green Guru panniers and since they are made of billboard material, they can vary widely in color. I called BSC and spoke to someone who said they would be happy to work with me to find panniers that go together. So I ordered two panniers and received an order confirmation immediately. When I hadn’t heard more after a few days I called again but couldn’t reach anyone. I started reading several bad reviews and worried that I had mad a mistake. I finally reached them and was told the date my panniers were scheduled to ship. Sure enough on the scheduled day, I got a call from the man who was preparing my order. He sent me pics of the ones he had in stock and I picked two that worked with my bike color. So, I learned that they don’t ship overnight, but I sure appreciate the great customer service.

After a long time not purchasing I returned to BSC to order a order a pair of tires. After placing order received the automated order confirmation. Two days after placing order I sent email asking about order status. BSC responded the day after that order would be shipped in 2-3 business days which they did. Satisfied customer.
