I also want to commend the maintenance team for their quick and efficient handling of issues. Their dedication to maintaining the premises at a high standard has not gone unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.
Moreover, I must highlight the cleanliness and quality of the gym equipment. The well-maintained gym has been a significant bonus, providing a clean and enjoyable space to work out. The attention to detail in ensuring the equipment is in excellent condition has contributed to the overall positive living experience.
In conclusion, my time at 7403 has exceeded expectations, thanks to Brenna, Marquese and Robert who make an outstanding team. I’ve always felt well taken care of, which adds to the overall comfort of calling this place home.

A very nice apartment building. Good amenities and Very clean. So far no complaints and it has been a pleasant experience. The maintenance staff also is quick to respond to requests if any. Brenna and Marquis from. the leasing office have been really helpful.
I have lived here for almost a year and have had a pretty seamless experience. Contrary to some of the other residents, I have felt very pleased with the management and maintenance staff. Brenna and Marquis are a really great team in my opinion. They are very responsive with my needs as well as concerns. The building is clean and well kept. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. I feel safe where I live and enjoy the community of neighbors. I have made friends with quite a few of them. I would recommend this residence as a great place to live.
These are the nicest apartments I have lived in since living in LA. You get the closeness of the city but you also get the suburban area of Westchester. Relatively close to malls/movie theaters/ supermarkets and the airport. Every unit has central AC, a nice balcony, in unit washer and dryer. The layout of the apartments are very nice and modern. If you're a coffee lover, there's an amazing coffee shop on the first level.
Lived here for a little over 2 years now and I really enjoy living here. It’s conveniently located in the middle of where I need to commute (Santa Monica and Torrance). Nice location and neighborhood, very close to the mall/supermarkets/LAX. Love the coffee shop, central AC and in unit washer and dryer. They have a very cute setup outside with a gated pool and bbq area. My favorite is the P1 lounge room with games and pool.
