I called him first thing in the morning and told him I wouldn’t be able to make it in until after work and he had everything ready for me when I arrived. He made the process seamless and super easy! Amazing customer service!!

(October 1, 2018, 2:57 pm)It is a ok place to store your things but every year they go up in price that is the drawback. The people that work at the front desk is outstanding they are very helpful. The main office is the one to watch out for. I don't understand why Corp. Hadn't responded to me. Your employees are awesome. You should treat them that way
(September 9, 2018, 6:20 pm)Jim is A1 in my book. Came to US storage looking for a 10x10 unit. After quick convo with Jim he expressed the pros and cons. Jim ended up saving us money and only need a 5x10 with drive up access. Great company would highly recommend!!
