“I recently purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper S which needed some serious paint correction. Although low mileage the paint was not maintained through previous ownership of 9 years. Drive-through car washes, poor detailing jobs and paint neglect was clearly present. In an overly saturated market like LA I was a bit intimidated by the many detailing shop options to choose from, especially since most shops are focused on a select demographic/social status. I shopped around and made some calls but 405 Motoring was the only place that showed genuine interest in my 9 year old Mini Cooper. I could immediately tell that my car would be in good hands of likeminded automotive enthusiasts. After my consultation I opted for a paint correction + silver ceramic coating option. Communication and process was excellent throughout. I also took advantage of their car rental service while my Mini was being worked on. When it was time to pick up the car I was absolutely blown away, I couldn’t believe I was looking at the same car I dropped off. The paint looked hydrated and revived, seriously looks better than new. From pre-sales to post-sales I felt respected and well taken care off. You could literally stroll around for a few hours, but walk out empty handed. There are things inside to marvel at, but be aware, prices match the unique and hard to find nature of these items. Planters can range from $40 - 7,500+.”

“I've been a customer of Aiken's for nearly 30 years. He always had the best furniture and the best prices. His furniture beat out most of the antique stores I used to frequent before I discovered his shop. What gives him the edge over others in his same line of business? The fact that he does business the way his father did before he took it over. Not sure about a certain piece of furniture? David Aiken's told me to take it home, live with it for a week. If it fits into my household, drop off a check. If it doesn't, give him a call and he'll come pick it up. So you can't go wrong shopping at Aiken's, unless you like being treated like a nothing at a major department store that sells cookie cutter furniture. I personally prefer real wood over pressed sawdust!”

“This is one of the best computer repair shops I've been to. Mirna (the owner) and Claudia (her daughter) were incredibly welcoming and especially on Christmas Eve! My Lenovo Thinkpad was stuck in sleep mode and wouldn't shut down and they helped me fix it. 99% of other computer repair shops were closed and one even told me my motherboard had died (he clearly didn't know what he was talking about) and they were open until 4PM. They are extremely hardworking and offer an unparalleled customer experience. When I arrived, they asked questions to first understand the problem. Luckily, I had done some research, so I could present an idea to explore. They then got their rockstar computer technician (Baltazar) to listen and once he understood the issue, he then brought the computer back to try the solution I presented. The result: my computer is fixed! A working computer is the best Christmas present I could get this year. I highly recommend C&A Electronics for your computer repair and retail needs if you live in Los Angeles.
