In fact, when it was time for me to replace my printers, I make sure that they have the replacement ink I'd be needing. Placing an order is very easy. There were couple of times when I ran into minor glitches; when I called, they are quick to respond and always ready to resolve my issues. Of course, their prices are reasonable and deliveries have been as expected. I'm glad there are still companies like them.
