This was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. We initially found them through Facebook Marketplace.
Firstly, Ivan, who was the gentleman who assisted us, was SO meticulous & personable. His communication was clear & timely; he was also transparent & would provide everything I was looking/ask for.
For example, I was hesitant at first because I've only ever gone through big dealerships and seeing that there hadn't been any reviews yet gave me pause. However, I requested multiple layers of credentials to prove the legitimacy & Ivan was quick to provide. Overall, he was super helpful in the entire process.
Secondly, I've experienced many different levels of professionalism after visiting multiple dealerships/independent sellers for a month. OK Cars was by far the most professional in their business ethic yet balanced it with a human element.
For example, they were insistent on following protocol (such as making sure I had auto insurance before test driving + before purchase) -- which I appreciated.
All in all would recommend Ivan & OK Cars to anyone.
