(May 10, 2019, 7:43 pm)Parking is free and staffs are guiding you where to park. The parking lots are big but it still looks full considering how popular this garden is. Maybe come in the morning and the people will be less. It’s open from 9am to 5pm everyday. Entrance fee is $9
