“Where do I even start?! Prakriti Yoga Teacher Training was the best investment I've ever made. I couldn't ask for a better instructor! You can tell how passionate Jenna is about the fundamentals of Yoga (from its history, ethics, science, and beyond). Not only is Jenna passionate about the topic, but she's down to earth, real, driven, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. All of these qualities made this course even more enjoyable for me. Even if you don't plan on being a Yoga Teacher, this course is still a great learning experience if you ever wanted to dig deeper into Yoga. I always came home every Sunday with a wealth of new information. Not to mention, Jenna is a great cook and provided DELICIOUS vegetarian dinners after each class and we all ate together as a group. Till this day, I still incorporate her recipes and cooking tips into my personal life! Taking this course has made me become more mindful and it changed how I approach and view life in general. Not only was this course eye-opening in so many different ways, but it was a great opportunity for me to finally take that leap and step out of my comfort zone. “My wife gave birth to our first child at this location. The labor and delivery experience could not have been better. The facilities were comfortable and the nursing staff was absolutely fantastic, particularly Sammy and Michelle. During pre-labor, Sammy's personality was light, fun and contagious. During labor, Michelle made us feel certain that we were in the best of hands. She knew what to say and do in every situation, and seemed have the ability to read my wife's mind when things were getting difficult. The calming effect of her personality seems to fit the healer/nurse archetype perfectly — kind, caring, experienced, and wise. We never felt rushed at any time during the process. We are so thankful and will remember these two nurses for the rest of our lives. A message to the administrator of this center: give these two a raise! EDIT: On the post-natal side of things, our nurse Sierra was excellent. We also loved the lactation staff who provided us with great practical information. Thank you!”
