I just want to thank Hegai with Quick Auto Tags for her quick and timely help. I had an older duplicate title that I needed help getting and once I got in contact with Hegai, I was able to get a duplicate title in a very timely manner. She was very attentive to detail and explained things to me to ensure that I would get my duplicate title. I called them about a car title transfer I had trouble dealing with due to a very specific situation I was in with out-of-state. No clear answer was available anywhere on the DMV and other official websites.
