“Highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch. It's very busy, but understandably so, the menu is big with lots of options. The crepes are especially good, but anything will satisfy here. The skillets are good, and portions for all meals are very large. Prices are fair and service was good, but a bit overwhelmed by the quantity of patrons, again, understandable and it did not detract from the experience. If you are in the area I recommend it. Also the churros are amazing, some of the best I've had. Good crunch and the sauces they are served with are incredible.”

I would like to say Thank you so much for all you do for each and every customer they serve. I go here maybe once or twice a.month to relax and unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. Never have I seen any of the choas of bed bugs nor have I experienced any of the misfortunes others may have had at this hotel. My stay there over 25 years has always been a great experience. “I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near Central Park/Times Square. The staff were very accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Upon arrival, they immediately greeted us and offered to take our luggage inside the hotel. Check in was smooth, staff was very polite and made us feel welcome. Housekeeping left our rooms spotless each day, and refilled our toiletries when they were getting low. They were very considerate and did not bang on our door and yell, but rather politely knocked and waited for us to answer. Another thing I loved about this hotel was the low amount of traffic noise; I was surprised how quiet it was at night, which made falling and staying asleep a dream. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and cozy. I appreciated how cold the room can get, so if you like your room to be chilly while you’re sleeping, you won’t be disappointed! Upon checkout, they offered to set up taxi transpiration to the airport, which is incredibly generous. Overall a great stay, I will definitely book this hotel again next time I’m in NYC! Keep up the good work :)”
