Flowers By Eugene

I live out of state, so I ordered a couple of flower arrangements over the phone. There was a death in the family and some pretty ladies needed some pretty flowers. I trusted them with an important task and they did an awesome job. I let them do a designer's choice for the arrangements, because I didn't know what to do. I received pictures today from my auntie. The arrangements were so beautiful! The customer service is outstanding here! Thank you, Eugene's team!

I needed flower (a funeral spray) to be delivered to (St. Josephs Catholic church in La Puente.) My tried-and-true florist "Haru florist" in Boyle Heights couldn't deliver, just to far away. I decided to go online and came across "Flower by Eugene"...l found them to be the Only choice Worthy of my Business. They took my order and were able to fulfill it in one day, amazing! I felt so reassured by thier proffesinalism, patients, and kindess. After placing the order I decided to add a ribbon with a message, they graciously waived the extra $10 dollar fee! Lastly, The flowers arrived on time, fresh and well presented. Thank you to the staff of Eugene's. Continued success to you All.

I had such an amazing experience ordering from Flowers By Eugune! I ordered roses the day before Valentine's Day and they were delivered next day as promised. I called them on Valentine's Day to follow up, as I'm from Canada and wanted to ensure my online order went smoothly. The lady on the phone was so polite and professional, and they were delivered in the time frame she had promised. Great customer service and the roses turned out BEAUTIFUL. They were put together with such great care, and I was told the Delivery person was awesome as well! Wonderful people and wonderful experience.

My wife and I both love Flowers by Eugene, we went here to get the centerpieces, bouquets, and corsages for our wedding and they were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. We could not have asked for more from these amazing people. I recommend then to anyone I know who is looking for flowers. I actually just went back to order a bouquet for my wife for our first wedding anniversary (don't tell her, it's a surprise lol)
