“Water backed up into the first floor's shower drains. Fernando was able to address the issues the same day we called. He was on time, responsive, and professional. He was able to snake the main line via the cleanout port and get a camera in there to identify the cause of the clog. The camera showed that there were roots in the main line (spots marked by red X in the photos). The roots probably caught enough waste to cause a clog and backed up the water into our shower drains. Everything was taken cared of within 1.5 hours. Overall, it was a good experience. Fernando also provided some tips for prevention as well as other options to address the roots (for additional costs, that we did not pursue at this time).”

“I tried a lot of the local cleaners when I started. Looking for job done to my satisfaction divided by cost. That is, everyone was given a pair of trousers and a shirt. These guys took the prize. For the period that I needed them (8 months) I was dropping about $35.00 a week and been happy to do it. Everything was done well, and finished on the hour quoted. The only exception was some sloppy eater stains on two of my shirts but they did try everything. We tried to remove the stains our selves to no avail. So I can hardly fault the cleaners.”

“Every year we've had a tree lighting ceremony and Christmas parade and it's a little local low-key for our community and friends. It's beautiful every year, though I'm not sure how our events will take place now with Covid-19 being a factor. Usually the city will provide snow and the kids go bezerk and have snowball fights and it's a blast.”
