Company has every bearing made. Very helpful and resourceful. Nice and professional.
Maytag Neptune front-loader tub Best Bearings lasted just two years. I am having to replace them again. I had also installed the seal that came with the bearings kit. Perhaps a faulty seal allowed water to penetrate and corrode the bearings. But when Best Bearings Miguel Rangel, their Chief Operations Officer, saw my post here he responded immediately and sent me a replacement set, for which I am very grateful. He did not ask me to edit my initial review, but I wanted to do that, as here is a company that stands by their products and treats their customers as individuals. They noticed and responded. I appreciate that VERY MUCH!
My first experience was buying from them on eBay. Then I received a a promotion from them through email to purchase in their website. Both experience were great. I visited their Office to negotiate to get a very good discount if I buy wholesale. The Negotiation with the E-commerce Manager was successful. It was a great conversation and a done deal.
