Malcolm in the service department is top tier. He’s always been super helpful and patient since I work as a translator between service and the owner. He does everything he can to go above and beyond. He number one

The staffs are friendly and dr Tiffany Endo is great. She takes time, listens to her patient and explains all health issues.

Mr. Anthony Scott is a good patient man to work with!!! I must say that he knows his BMW craft very well in general!!! He is my go to BMW guru. I also like the fact that he is able to help customers strategically figure out their specific BMW car issues. As I’ve worked with him he has not so far just told me what I wanted to hear or left me hanging. I have requested him personally to assist me at my BMW location. I only want to deal with knowledgeable staffers at BMW. I love the fact that Mr. Scott is NOT up in my face talking nonsense or repeating himself!!!

I will be scheduling another appointment with Mr. Scott soon for my BMW.

The doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful, and many are bilingual. I can always find an appointment at a reasonable time on the weekdays.

It was easy to find a primary doctor here for all my family members.

Urgent care is right next door and open in addition on the weekends when the clinic is closed.

I once called after both offices were closed and they were able to transfer me to an on-call doctor for an emergency prescription refill.

There is a physical therapy office too, and accessible parking by the entrance. They have both walk-ins and tele-medicine available which we've done a few times.

Equipment is brand new as well, with X-ray, CT scanner, MRI, ultrasound, and mammogram machines on site, and plenty of seats in the waiting area.

I love coming here since I know they have always been patient and knowledgeable of all my family's needs.

Now La Verne has a place that is part of the Pomona Valley Medical Center. I visit this place often. Friendly Staff and Doctors. I am going there for a C.T. scan. The equipment is brand new!!
