My experience with Brandon of AutoZone Central Park Avenue was excellent. Despite having to service other customers, he attended to my needs with professionalism, patience, and diligence until my problem was resolved. Thank you for excellent service.

I bought a battery at an AutoZone in the Bronx, and they were unable to install it. After driving around with it for a few weeks, an AutoZone in Springfield Gardens put it in. Then my car wasn’t starting. I thought I needed a part. Aaroni told me that this AutoZone couldn’t install the part that I needed, but he offered to take a look under the hood for me. He noticed that my battery was not installed correctly and even helped me fish out a piece that had been dropped. He was amazing. I’ve gone back a few times to get new wiper blades, but haven’t seen him since. I hope that Aaroni was prompted because he was beyond helpful.

Denise was amazing! As busy as she was she took the time to thoroughly help me, more than her job entails. I will definitely be using this store for all of my auto needs. The staff is friendly and professional.
