Excellent Realtor! Rick went beyond than expected as he provided virtual tours via FaceTime and even offered to capture video of properties after the virtual tour of the ones that I expressed high interest, it was nice to have a gallery of the properties I was very interested in as a compare and contrast. I felt like he definitely puts in the time and effort to try his best to find the perfect home for me. I was impressed with his knowledge of every properties community, such as local eateries, grocery stores, shopping, and parks, throughout the Orange County area. He knows every location very well. I’m not fully ready to purchase right now however, I know I will be contacting him again soon to help me purchase a home as I feel the effort he provided was exceptional and he will definitely find the perfect home for me!
