Legend Hot Chicken

I picked up foot to go from their Lakewood store yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised. The food is a little pricey, but the portions definitely make up for it. A word of warning. It is HOT chicken. I ordered the medium, and couldn't believe there were 3 hotter levels. I am definitely going back.

Really, really good hot chicken sandwiches. My first time, I was super impressed. Very large pieces of chicken. Good crunch. Tasty sauces. Fries were seasoned well. And while I can eat spicy, even their medium had quite a bit of heat to it (definitely start off with the medium and work your way up). And compared to Howlin' Rays, no crazy wait or drive all the way down to Chinatown.

Best chicken sandwich in town by far. Freshly prepared just for you, I tried the other places 🙅‍♂️NOT ANYMORE. Excellent customer service, clean dining area & most of all fresh food cooked on the spot. Highly recommend this establishment...

Don’t walk run here! The sandwich and the extra crispy wings had a great crunch. I got the sandwich mild and added the honey. The honey took it to another level. I got the “bbq sauce” and it’s definitely not your average bbq sauce. I would say sweet chili sauce is more like it. The sandwich isn’t cheap but definitely worth it

First time here and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the tenders with the waffle fries and it was amazing. Bit into the fry and you could hear that delicious crisp. The tenders were juicy and spicy!!! I ordered the hot level and that was enough for me. They serve it with two slices of bread that is toasted to perfection.
