“I came into this gym for the first time yesterday and was greeted by the sweetest , most friendly staff ! I came from planet fitness so I was slightly intimidated when I signed up online but coming in person , everyone made me feel so comfortable . I was told about the trainer and how there was a promo going on so I signed up and met with him today . Christian was absolutely amazing ! He did a body scan with a machine they have and we went over my goals and discussed dieting and exercise . He showed me some work outs to help me and had me do them . He was very patient and supportive . Christian made me feel safe and comfortable while also motivating me and I think that’s a huge deal when it comes to looking for a trainer . Christian taught me so much in a short time and the way he was very detailed with everything was truly amazing . I have looked up videos and still not been able to find info all together like the way that he taught me today . Highly recommend training with him ! Thank you all so much for making me feel happy and motivated again . I know that I made the right choice switching to this gym!”

“The people at this facility are about family kids and community they were closed and Kurk opened to give us a tour and information. The bonus is that they offered 1 free month with a 30 min. One on one private session once per week and 1 hour sessions three times a week for 1 month. i dont know how long this will last but its a great offer. Excellent staff thus far no complaints.
