“We called many different facilities and chose CubeSmart because of the good price and the friendly, helpful, and professional customer service provided by Carlos and Maria. They provided us with an overnight parking spot for an 18X16 foot POD, provided an onsite truck to move the contents to the rented cubical, and Maria provided us with cold drinking water to help us get through the 3 hour move on a hot afternoon. She also gave us a 1/2 hour grace period past the office closing time. We are so thankful for their kindness and support.”

“If you can avoid using these people....And on and on I went. Well unlike some other companies that one will write a 1-2 star review, I was called the next day by one of their Customer Service representatives. She has taken steps in resolving my situation, which is really all you can ask any company to do. Something went wrong, and they work to fix it, The Next Day. The woman was very nice, apologized for any inconvenience, and will follow up with me after the delivery of a replacement of my standing oxygen unit. She also has taken steps to resolve my issue with my portable oxygen which I wear when I go out. I'm giving them 4 stars, as they deserve them. As I said, when you have a complaint, and a company, instead of ignoring you, apologizes and takes steps to rectify the situation, that means allot.”
