Hiro's Transmission

I got a call back on the same day with an estimate for my repairs; excellent service. The shop is clean, organized and they seem to have a large customer base.

The person I dealt with, Jerry (I'm sorry if I got wrong), was a class act, a truly great and kind person. He was a huge help after some delusional diagnostics from other local places. They did a great job on a car that maybe should have been sunsetted.

Their customer service was amazing! The kept me updated with daily calls, and had the job completed in the expected timeframe even though they had send the part back and get a new one. This was my first experience with them, and if I ever know of anyone in need of transmission work I will for sure be recommending Hiro's!

Wonderful service. I called with a problem an hour before closing and they said to get right over. They got the car lifted and found it was a quick fix and got me on my way before closing. I was visiting from out of town and was in a pinch since I would only be in town for a day and had a 500 mile drive back home the next morning and an event that evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIRO'S!
