“This is the shop that you want to go to for information on service updates and new products. The representatives are well-informed, outgoing, and prompt. Carlos is great at fast service and all around product information. Louie is great at hands-on installation for devices like Metro SmartRide and providing in-depth overview of products. I came in to install a new cellphone to my account which Louie did wonderfully. He was very informative and kind; as well, he let me know that my account now has AmazonPrime and GoogleOne Storage included for free as part of the $60 plan. This location was the only location to inform me of these perks! Louie informed me on the new Metro SmartRide product that just came in, with a $150 discount special currently active. I got the device for FREE. I just paid installation and the first month which totaled: $38. The device is something that I have always wanted but did not know that my phone provided would have it available. This was the first shop and first reps to inform me of such awesome products and perks! I am definitely now a Metro customer for the long haul. Both are great Metro reps. I highly reccomend, gurantee you will get more for your buck for just visiting.”

“We called many different facilities and chose CubeSmart because of the good price and the friendly, helpful, and professional customer service provided by Carlos and Maria. They provided us with an overnight parking spot for an 18X16 foot POD, provided an onsite truck to move the contents to the rented cubical, and Maria provided us with cold drinking water to help us get through the 3 hour move on a hot afternoon. She also gave us a 1/2 hour grace period past the office closing time. We are so thankful for their kindness and support.”
