  I had a hard time finding /getting to this location,
  The parking lot entrances are tricky
  
  Located within a small strip mall, this yoga studio does have free parking available nearby.
  
  The space is large and welcoming. the yoga studios and facilities are well kept , clean and nice.

  I was a walk-in on Saturday 1/22 for the 10am Yoga Sculpt class, and was told how to download app and signed up for a 2-week trial. I took the class and was impressed how the class combined the yoga moves and stances and sculpting with weights. I regularly do strength and weight work 3-4 times a week, and this class was definitely challenging! I have never take a heat class, and it took a while to get used to but then it really enhanced the experience.

  Took yoga sculpt by Jillian. I loved her energy, her words of wisdom, her encouragement throughout class. She really provides a great empowering environment.
  Would highly recommend taking her class!!
  
  For the studio-
  Super clean space.
  Lockers for you to put your stuff in- bring a lock if you’re worried but they do lock the front door so there isn’t people coming in and out.
  Someone is around 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after class.

  I'd never done hot yoga before. I really enjoyed it and felt it helped with deepening my stretches. The instructor, Mary K., guided the class in a wonderful mix of upbeat, energizing zen. She made sure to constantly move around the class to help with corrections. Her guided instructions were easy to follow and provided ample opportunity to challenge myself as much as wanted. The studio is modern and clean and everyone is very friendly.

  Roxy is the best!Tried Yoga for the first time, I got a free week trial and I loved it! All the instructors are so nice, and take time to teach you the different poses. Its a great place to go and relax after a long day of work/school. I slept like a baby after each class. :) Thanks girls!
