“It’s clean and an excellent value. Looks like it’s a family business from the front desk staffing. Checking in and out was quick and easy. It’s not fancy. The aesthetics are lacking, and it looks like a mishmash of clashing styles from the 80s and 90s, but it’s everything was clean with the exception of the floors being a little dusty. The blankets were thin but given the weather it was fine. Our room had a decent sized tv with lots of channels, a large mini fridge, and a microwave. Everything worked and smelled normal. I would stay there again if I came back to LA. Honestly, for the price it’s pretty great.”

“Without exaggeration, this is the best gym I’ve ever been to. Garrick and his team of coaches actually want you to succeed. Whatever your goals are, they’re going to help you reach them. Not sure what goals to set for yourself? They’ll help you identify the best areas for improvement, and then help you improve them. In addition to the classes, he offers programs that help you dial in your nutrition, and events that are fun as well as challenging. The whole atmosphere is positive. Other members will give you a smile, a hand, a word of encouragement, and share tips for improvement that they found helpful. I can’t say enough good things!”

“Stopped in quick before closing to get battery replaced in my key fob and to inquire about getting another key fob for my 2015 toyota. Mo was great. He not only was able to change out my battery, but was able to make me the spare key/fob and program it then & there even though it would mean staying after "closing" time. He didn't mention that he was closing soon and took right to making the key. I felt cared for and valued as a custome. Thank you.”

“I have never been to a Chiropractor before but after taking the max dose of OTC pain meds and finding no relief, I knew I needed to get some professional help. Getting an appointment to my health care provider can take time and I was not interested in waiting. On a recommendation from a friend, I called Dr. Sarah Stiff and the only regret I have is how long I waited. Dr. Sarah treated me for low back pain and I am no longer hurting. She has magic x-ray fingers and can see through the skin and clothes to find the areas that need treating. She even treated my shoulder (that I was not complaining about) because she "felt" that something was not right in the area. She was right and now my shoulder AND low back are pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Stiff for all your aches and pains. Plus she is convenient to get to and has flexible office hours. I cant ask for anything more!”
