The girls that are the office/ ck in are so very pleasant. They exude friendliness! They take time to discuss your car issues and are attentive.
They order you an Uber to take you home!
I learn new facts about the car every visit. You are NOT pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend this very professional and friendly business! 👌

LB Autohaus always know what they are doing. They only do what is necessary unlike the dealer. There prices are reasonable. They are professional and very nice. Love Laura. Sometimes she knows what wrong with my car just by me telling her how it’s driving. Great place to take your car.

Very courteous and professional staff. Fast turnaround. Final price was almost half of the estimated price, which was a very nice surprise. I will be coming back for sure. And I will recommend them to everyone.

They did maintenance on my C300 in addition to figuring out an issue that was causing a warning light that was apparently an easy fix! They were very friendly when I showed up and were especially accommodating regarding a location issue that I had and regarding an emergency issue that I had to resolve at the time of my appointment. Legitimately a great place to take your vehicle.

Brought my mercedes in for some rattling suspension components. First time customer. Easy fix with some loose nuts in the assembly. Thought I was going to be spending thousands but only needed to pay 80. Any other mechanic shop would have probably pitched swapping out the entire A frame. Restored my faith in mechanics.
