Hands down the best burger I’ve had in Long Beach. And one of my top ten burgers of all time. Couldn’t wait before taking the pic to dig into the fries.

Really enjoyed this place. Johnathan was an excellent server, knowledgeable, attentive; and yet, not intrusive. First, the Bloody Marys are the best! My spouse loved it...spicy with tiny veggie pieces. The Farmer's Cobb salad was excellent, large and served with a creamy hatch chili ranch. I normally dislike ranch; however, this was excellent. The special was a Green Hatch Stuffed Chili with Prawns and came with an excellent walnut salad and corn foam.

Panxa Cocina is unbelievably amazing! The cheesey dip, the drinks, and their shrimp are out of this world. It is a bit pricey so we only go for special occasions, but I always look forward to it! I would recommend making a reservation so that you are ensured a table (especially with closures, etc). Enjoy :)

Love this place! We came for brunch and couldn’t resist the mimosa flight (worth it!). The dishes we ordered were delicious the smothered breakfast burrito especially), and when there was a slight mix-up with my order, the staff went above and beyond to fix it. Also love the atmosphere and the beautiful interior at Panxa Cocina.

Incredible atmosphere, people and food. Drove 50 miles for a meal and sooooo worth it!
