Channel Point Apartments

Wonderful community! I feel welcomed here and the apartments are beautiful and I like that it is convenient to what I need and want in my community.

Very quite and beautiful place to live! Everyone is very respectful that I have met, and it is very clean. I do wish they had valet trash but besides that I love it here!

I have lived here for over 5 years and love it! The property is extremely well maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The amenities including Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Courtyard and Pool are all exceptional - like a resort! Maintenance requests are responded to immediately and very promptly handled. The entire staff here is friendly, professional and very caring. They truly want you to have a great experience living here. The apartments are very upscale with a lot of storage and larger balconies to have full patio furniture, gardening and entertaining. Garages are also available for many units. I highly recommend living here...the community is quiet, and neighbors are refreshingly friendly and respectful.

What a great place to live. Having lived at Channel Point for 3 years (recently moved to nor cal), I had an excellent experience. Rent was certainly a premium, but this truly is a class A apartment complex with on point maintenance and management. On move-in our water heater wasn’t working, but after notifying maintenance within 6 hours they replaced it with a brand-new unit. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with a full gardening crew coming every week. I also found them to be fair on move out. On the eastern side of the complex along Bixby Village Drive, the apartments are very quiet throughout the day. The central location provides quick access to the 405 and 605, as well as being about a 8 min drive to 2nd street shopping and dining. Great location. Overall would move back.
