He was so helpful, and kind keeping us in the loop on the status of the repairs. In addition, he answered all questions no matter how big or small. This was one of the best body shop repair experience we have had. The repairs itself were phenomenal too. There was no corners cut and all repairs were done using OEM parts and everything was replaced versus repaired. The car looks better than it was when it was brand new. “When my Subaru Outback is due for maintenance I always come here. Its really easy to get an appointment within the next couple days. The check in process is always smooth. Every technician that I've encountered has always been super knowledgeable, and they never push things on me that my car doesn't need. When I came in for a service, they noticed a nail in my tire & instead of trying to sell me a whole new set of tires-they simply told me to go to where I got my tires *because they were still under warranty.* My rear breaks needed replacements and they didn't try to sell me on my front breaks as well *because they still had life in them. Any time they can, they apply promotional deals to any service applicable. I recently brought my car in for an 80k maintenance & I had a coupon for it & even though my car applied for the coupon the technician said she would have used it even if I was a little under the mileage. “I pick up my Explorer yesterday from the service department and I have to say that I am very impressed of the great service, I felt very welcome since I arrived.. Mr. Nazarian kept me informed and they found the problem immediately which I was very surprised since I took my vehicle 2 times to the dealer where I purchased it and I paid extra warranty for nothing, I knew something was wrong with my car and the specialists at Caruso found it and fixed thank God, since it was dangerous to drive in those conditions. I totally recommend your services and for sure I be back for any service or once I am ready to buy my new vehicle. I like to thank each and every person that made me feel welcome and important. “I just recently purchase my 2018 Ford F-150 from Caruso. I did my research through car gurus and their truck was one of my favorite ones. Marco was my salesman and he contacted me via email in response to my initial email with a few things that I needed to be done and he promptly and efficiently responded to what I was looking for. He set up an appointment with me to see and do a driving test. Everything went smoothly thereafter he responded to all of the questions and concerns that I had. There were a few issues but he did the best to accommodate and resolved them. I am very happy to have found them and done my transaction with them. I am now driving in my new truck around.
