Ariel is a wonderful therapist who is passionate about helping her clients. She pays attention to details and makes sure she is aligned with each client’s needs. I would recommend her without hesitation.
Ariel is such a great therapist. Definitely a great mix of professional and friend. Makes you feel so comfortable this it's like you're out talking to your friends, but then can switch the session around to help you look within yourself and your past to further understand yourself.
Shes very accommodating, builds great rapport with her clients, and I always look forward to a session with her. Always open and willing to listen, while giving great suggestions, extra readings, and articles to help you further understand your journey through self understanding.
As someone who personally searched reviews trying to find the right therapist for myself I realize the importance of sharing my experience.
The best advice I can give anyone seeking therapy is never let one bad experience with the wrong therapist discourage you from continuing your search for the right one. Right before seeing Ariel I saw a different therapist, it was my first time and I was incredibly nervous/scared, I ended up leaving that session feeling helpless, defeated and just all around worse, but I refused to give up! Continuing my search I found Ariel. Picking up the phone and calling Ariel after a bad session with the wrong therapist was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Right away I felt that my experience with Ariel would be completely opposite of my first experience with a therapist and I was right. Ariel is professional and genuine and has proven to be one of the biggest blessing in my life. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better therapist to walk side by side with me on my journey. I’ve dealt with childhood trauma along with recent trauma in my adult life that has pushed me towards therapy, Ariel listens without judgement and it is truly a refreshing experience for me. I am incredibly grateful to Ariel for being here to help me through everything.
There is something I’d like people seeking therapy to realize, and it’s something Ariel reminds me of during our sessions.. it takes courage to sit on that couch. It doesn’t make you crazy or weak. It is nothing short of a strengthening experience.
I couldn't think of any one better than Ariel to be my therapist. Because of Ariel and our sessions together I became comfortable with openly addressing my mental health issues. The first day I met her I instantly felt a connection and immediately gravitated towards her. You will NEVER feel judged with her. She helped me learn so much about myself and even though I moved across the country I still keep in touch with her because that is how impactful she has been in my life. Ariel kept me sane throughout the ups and downs of my life. I am so grateful to have Ariel in my life and I truly believe anyone who seeks her help is doing themselves a huge favor. She is simply the best and so loving!
Ariel has truly been the best therapist I’ve ever had. I used to be a person who was against therapy because I’d had bad experiences, but Ariel has always been warm, inviting, and encouraging of my personal growth and healing. She is receptive to new ideas and doesn’t “shut down” her patients, instead she encourages discussion and finding good individual solutions.
I see Ariel for therapy related to being transgender, so if you are looking for a trans friendly therapist I highly recommend her!
She has evening and weekend availability a good portion of the week, which was important to me.
