But yesterday afternoon (Sunday 4/18) in particular I was helped by very kind lady (Kira, I believe? Forgive me if I spelled your name wrong... ).
I had brought in like 7 different items that were mostly all from different orders (for either return or exchange of damaged shipped goods) and she was an angel! She was soooo patient and kind and made the process transition smoothly. :)
Overall, good vibes and great service from this Ulta. Thanks Kira! -
