  I went in for an appointment to have lips, nose and chin filler done. I made an appointment with Sara Kranke, MSN, NP-BC and I’ll tell you, she is a miracle worker!!! My sister gets her lip fillers done by her and loves her work so much that I booked a flight out to California just to see her!! It’s absolutely incredible how a little can go such a long way. Unlike other places I’ve heard about, Sara actually cares about her work and how she makes her clients feel. She is very strategic and injects with a science that proportionately flatters your face in all the right ways. After enduring some trauma to my nose years ago, I was left with an awfully crooked nose and large bridge that Sara was able to soften and even out to completely balance to my facial profile. She made my lips plump and gorgeous and added some filler to my chin that creates depth to my face. Subtle changes that literally had me in tears with joy. Not to mention, she is so sweet!!! My sister has been to other places that have treated her care with lack of thought and passion. But I truly believe Sara is passionate about her work and her clients, she will not let you down!   Sarah is the best!! She is always pursuing to be the best at what she does and you can definitely see it when she treats you. She is down to earth and knowledgeable. I trust her and I've been going to her for years now. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I'm so grateful for her
  
  Skin Spirit is in a perfect location in Long Beach. Very elegant and low key. Clean and professional. The receptionist are super nice and uplifting. I've been to other places and the receptionists are snobby to a point were I was uncomfortable but not here I loved it!!
  
  Great places to walk around and eat before or after the appointment too. My boyfriend couldn't wait inside but the lounge chairs outside are super comfy that he didn't mind. Super appreciative to find Sarah and a place that I can trust!
