One of the best Catholic Churches in Los Angeles. The priests actually teach the Catholic faith. To my knowledge the only daily diocesan Latin mass in LA. The Church itself is beautiful, the altar is in the proper place. Pray for these and all of our priests. Dominus vobiscum.
We are proud to be members of this parish community, now with a brand new Knights of Columbus council 18011. Great parish with a 9am Sunday Latin Mass!!!
Beautiful historic church with masses served ad orientem. I attended the Spanish novus ordo mass which was celebrated with dignity, respect and reverence. I would have very much liked to attend the Latin mass however it did not fit into my schedule. Overall excellent Sacrifice of the Holy Mass.
Very nice church. Has a Traditional Latin Mass service at 9AM on Sundays. Parking is a little tight so get there early. Praise be to God!
Beautiful, thriving, little parish just north of Downtown Long Beach.
I like that the altar is traditional and all the masses are ad orientem, that is, facing towards the tabernacle rather than away from it. And the fact that the tabernacle is front and center is a big plus; not to mention the communion rails and the more traditional method of giving communion. Good, good.
Fr Irving is a wonderful pastor, may the Lord grant him a long and spiritually fruitful life.
