(January 4, 2019, 6:27 pm)This hotel is awesome. From the entrance to the inside to everything. Friendly stuff. I was invite to a quinseañera from family. The salon was very pretty. The view of the beach outside is very nice. I took some pics of the beach for sure. The hotel is very nice. I haven't booked for any of the rooms but i will definitely do that for my anniversary. Thank you again .

(December 19, 2018, 8:57 pm)Performed here for a corporate event. I like the style of the hotel. Guest service was decent. The food served at the event was excellent. Truly best hotel food I've had in my memory. Definitely encourage private events here.

(December 18, 2018, 7:19 pm)Never have I arm such a beautiful for the price I paid. The staff was outstanding, and amenities were unbelievable. I got a cruise package and was able to park my car for 14 days. The shuttle driver was fabulous and extremely friendly. This was the best experience my daughter and I have ever had! Thank you Hotel Maya. We'll return one day!

(December 16, 2018, 3:36 pm)Went there for the Hookah lounge. The guys running it are super friendly and even got us a heater and water front seating. The hotel is beautiful and sitting by the water enjoying the music and the view made my night!

(October 13, 2018, 5:03 pm)Rating for daytime lunch meeting only. Friendly and helpful staff served exactly what was ordered for the group, appropriately plated and at the right temperature. Room set up as agreed, including audio visual equipment, power and guest tables. Property is a bit out of the way compared to downtown hotels but access for local guests was easy off I-710. Parking was validated for lunch guests in the adequate regular lot. Waterfront location is unusual and can be a nice bonus.
