Ruthann Devera, MD

Ive been seeing Dr Devera for years now (she was our obgyn for our first baby!) and I am so happy she’s back in Long Beach with Memorial Care. She’s an excellent doctor & I always feel like I’m getting wonderful care from her. I feel welcomed to bring up any and all of my concerns & I always feel heard & understood. She’s thorough and thoughtful in her assessments & explanations - great bed side manner - which is hard to find in doctors. Will always recommend her 10000%! P.S. This office is new and super clean! And all the staff -including front desk- were welcoming and professional!

FINALLY someone who cares! This was the first time in my life I truly felt seen/ heard by an OB/GYN.

Pros: The entire staff was welcoming, patient, and kind. Also, almost everyone I saw in the building was a Person of Color. It was my first time ever having that experience in a medical office, which made me feel seen and like I was in trusted hands. Dr. Devera was knowledgeable, curious, and took her time explaining concepts. She actually listened to my concerns about my body and scheduled follow-up work to get to the bottom of my issue. Would definitely recommend her/ this office to anyone needing a new OB/GYN.

Cons: It took 3 1/2 months to get an appointment.

Everyone is so friendly. Sometimes I have to wait a little bit but its not bad at all and the office is clean and comfortable. Undertandable about the wait at times because the doctors are patient and listen. I love Dr. Devera! Shes sweet, kinda, listens and is always thorough. Great doctor!

She’s wonderful! Everyone in the office is great too. Don’t hesitate to book with her. She is THE BEST in the area!

Everything! Office close by. It was neat and clean. The staff was very efficient, helpful, and friendly. And Dr. Devera was amazing…warm, friendly, timely, knowledgeable,professional, efficient, gentle, thorough, etc.
All in all it was a very good experience for me.
