Last year, in the middle of the pandemic, we decided to rent our downtown Long Beach condominium. Mike Dunfee and his team came highly recommended as a property management company. We could not be happier with how easy it has been working with the Mike Dunfee Group especially since this is our first foray into renting out property. Communication is always clear and timely. Mike and his team know how to run business well and they definitely know Long Beach. Highly recommended and a special shout out to Flori for being there when we need her.

I have had my fair share of renting in Long Beach and this company has been such a pleasure to work with! I can't begin to explain how helpful Kevin has been with the entire process, from the beginning to the end. He is always so responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. This company offers a personal touch that I unfortunately haven't had in any of my other experiences in renting. Living @ Newberry Lofts in Downtown Long Beach now for almost 6 months has been a great experience. Relocating from the beautiful island of Oahu to California I was eager to find a home with a community that felt like home. The lofts have been much more than we expected, the attention to detail by the management team has been 5 stars! Living in a downtown area there can be a lot of activity, Aysa and the team do an amazing job of making you feel safe and at home. Always keeping the tenants up to date on any changes or activity on the property. "Outstanding" is how best to describe the professional team at Mike Dunfee Group. Despite only needing property management services for one, small, condominium, the staff treat me like a multi-million dollar investor. I'm in the unique position to live in New England, and when I searched for a property management company I searched the Internet. Most property managers did not answer their phone, return phone calls, or replies to emails. The only exception with Mike Dunfee Group. They also helped me find a high quality tenant who continues to pay rent, and their maintenance team cannot be beat when a maintenance issue arises. Being 3,000 miles away, Mike Dunfee Group has given me peace of mind - priceless!
